CTA Series Heavy Duty Hydraulic System Flow Monitor CTA150-MA-B-6 | FT11429-04

Description & Features

The WEBTEC CTA Series CTA150-MA-B-6 is a robust hydraulic system flow monitor designed for demanding mobile and industrial machinery applications. Covering a flow range of 5–150 L/min (1.3–40 US gpm) at working pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), it delivers flow accuracy of ±1% full scale alongside integrated temperature monitoring across a fluid temperature range of -40 to 85 °C (-40 to 185 °F).

Housed in an aluminium body with stainless steel and steel internals and FKM/EPDM seals, the unit is rated IP6K9K, making it well suited to harsh outdoor and wash-down environments. Connection is via 3/4" BSPP porting and an M12 5-pin Code A connector, with a wide 9–28 V DC power supply range for compatibility with common machine electrical systems. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with alternative fluids available on request.

How can I confirm if the CTA150-MA-B-6 flow monitor will fit my existing system setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 20, 2025, 7:14 AM
When checking fit for the CTA150-MA-B-6, you'll want to note that it uses a 3/4" BSPP porting. It's also equipped with an M12 5-Pin Code A electrical connection. If your setup aligns with these specs, it should integrate smoothly.

rated for outdoor equipment that sits in the cold all winter? we run machines that see -40 pretty regular and need something that won't give us grief come spring startup
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 25, 2025, 9:11 PM
Fluid temperature range on this unit runs from -40 all the way up to 85 °C, so cold-weather startups are within spec. The FKM/EPDM seal combination holds up through that low end without getting brittle the way some cheaper seal materials do. As long as your hydraulic fluid is flowing and within the mineral oil ISO 11158 spec, you're not going to have cold-soak problems with this monitor.
