Part of WEBTEC's CT Series, this turbine flow meter is designed for precise hydraulic flow measurement in demanding industrial service. It covers a flow range of 3 to 60 L/min (0.8 to 16 US gpm) and is rated to a maximum pressure of 420 bar (6,000 psi), making it well suited to high-pressure hydraulic circuits. Flow accuracy is ±1% of full scale, with the conditioned 5 V analog output providing a clean signal directly compatible with data acquisition systems and controllers.

The meter accepts a 12 to 32 V DC power supply via an M12 5-pin connector and carries an IP66 rating for protection in wet or dusty environments. Fluid temperatures up to 90°C (194°F) are supported, and the aluminium body with stainless steel and steel internals keeps weight to 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs). Main porting is 1-1/16" -12UN #12 SAE ORB, with a top port at 7/16" -20UN #4 SAE ORB. FKM/EPDM seals ensure compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158.

accuracy on these turbine meters -- is it percent of reading or percent of full scale?

Full scale, not reading. The CT60-5V-S-S-6 is rated at plus or minus 1% of full scale across its flow range of 3 to 60 L/min (0.8 to 16 gpm). That distinction matters at the low end of the range, since percent-of-full-scale accuracy gets proportionally larger relative to actual flow as you drop down toward 3 L/min. For applications where you're running near that lower threshold regularly, it's worth factoring that in when deciding if this meter fits your tolerance requirements.
