CT Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT300-MA-B-B-6 | FT9503-02

Description & Features

Part of the CT Series turbine flow meters, the WEBTEC CT300-MA-B-B-6 is designed for accurate hydraulic flow measurement across a working range of 8 to 300 L/min (2 to 80 US gpm), with a maximum pressure rating of 420 bar (6000 psi). Flow accuracy is held to ±1% full scale, making it well suited to demanding test and monitoring applications.

The meter features a 1" BSPP main port and a 1/4" BSPP top port, with power supplied over a 5-pin M12 connector at 12 to 32 V DC. Fluid temperature is supported up to 90°C (194°F), and the IP66-rated aluminium body handles ambient conditions up to 40°C (104°F). Internal components combine aluminium, steel, and stainless steel, with FKM/EPDM seals providing compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158. The unit weighs 1.7 kg (3.7 lbs).

Question by: Ken W on Nov 13, 2025, 9:59 AM
flow range on this thing, is 8 L/min really the low end, or can it read slower than that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 14, 2025, 12:14 PM
Eight liters per minute is the published minimum for reliable measurement on the CT300-MA-B-B-6. Below that threshold, turbine meters generally lose accuracy because the rotor doesn't spin consistently enough to produce a clean signal. The rated accuracy of plus or minus 1% full scale applies across the 8 to 300 L/min range, so staying within those bounds is what gets you dependable readings.
