Part of WEBTEC's CT Series, this turbine flow meter is designed for accurate hydraulic flow measurement across a working range of 8 to 300 L/min (2 to 80 US gpm), with a rated accuracy of ±1% full scale. It withstands system pressures up to 420 bar (6,000 psi) and handles fluid temperatures from 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F), making it suitable for demanding industrial hydraulic service.

The conditioned 5 V output is delivered via an M12 5-pin connector, with a power supply requirement of 12 to 32 V DC. Main porting is 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB, with a top port at 7/16" -20UN #4 SAE ORB. The aluminium body incorporates steel and stainless steel internals with FKM/EPDM seals, and the unit carries an IP66 rating for reliable use in wet or dirty environments. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with a net weight of 1.7 kg (3.7 lbs).

what's the usable flow range on this thing, and how tight is the accuracy across that span?

Reads from 8 to 300 L/min, or 2 to 80 US gpm if you're working in those units. Accuracy holds at plus or minus 1% of full scale across that range. Worth keeping in mind that 1% full scale means the error budget is calculated against 300 L/min, not against whatever your actual reading is at a given moment, so at the low end of the range that margin represents a larger slice of the measured value.
