CT Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT750-CAN-S-S-7 | FT9506-25

Description & Features

The WEBTEC CT Series turbine flow meter is designed for demanding hydraulic measurement applications where both flow rate and fluid temperature data are required over a digital network. The CT750-CAN-S-S-7 covers a working flow range of 20 to 750 L/min (5 to 200 US gpm) and is rated to 480 bar (7,000 psi), making it suitable for high-pressure mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits.

Flow accuracy is held to within ±1% of full scale, with temperature measurement accurate to ±2°C. An M12 5-pin connector delivers CAN bus output, powered from any 12 to 32 V DC supply. The aluminium body carries an IP66 rating and uses FKM/EPDM seals compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158. Porting is via a 1-7/16" -20UN SAE ORB main port. Fluid temperature capability spans 5 to 90°C, with an ambient working range of 5 to 40°C.

Question by: Dustin P on Dec 20, 2025, 8:15 PM
Flow range on this one goes down to 20 L/min, is that the floor, or can it read accurately below that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 7:27 AM
Twenty liters per minute is the bottom of the rated flow range. Below that threshold, the turbine may not spin consistently enough to produce a reliable signal, so readings under 20 L/min shouldn't be trusted for anything critical. At the top end you've got 750 L/min, and across that full span the accuracy is ±1% of full scale. That's a fairly wide usable window for most hydraulic test or monitoring applications.
Question by: Susan H on Dec 15, 2025, 8:06 AM
How does the CT750-CAN-S-S-7 turbine flow meter handle different fluid temperatures?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 17, 2025, 7:41 AM
This flow meter performs well within a fluid temperature range of 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F). It's designed to maintain accurate flow readings across these temperatures, with a measurement accuracy of ±1% Full Scale.
