CTR Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT400R-MA-S-S-6 | FT9508-07

Description & Features

The WEBTEC CTR Series Turbine Flow Meters, specifically the CT400R-MA-S-S-6 model, are engineered for accurate flow measurement in hydraulic systems. With a maximum flow capacity of 400 L/min (100 US gpm) and a pressure tolerance of up to 420 bar (6000 psi), these flow meters are designed to handle demanding applications. The meters offer a flow accuracy of ±1% full scale, ensuring reliable data for critical use.

Constructed with robust aluminium bodies and internal components of aluminium, steel, and stainless steel, these meters are built for durability. They feature FKM or EPDM seals, an IP66 rating for water and dust resistance, and are compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 standards. The electrical connection is facilitated by an M12 5-Pin connector, and the meters operate efficiently with a 12–32 V DC power supply. Suitable for fluid temperatures ranging from 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F), these meters are versatile and reliable in various environments.

what's the actual usable flow range on the CT400R-MA-S-S-6? trying to figure out if it'll work for a system that sometimes drops pretty low before ramping up to near max
Answer by: Customer Support on May 1, 2026, 7:27 AM
Reads accurately from 10 L/min up to 400 L/min, which is 2.5 to 100 US gpm on the other side of the scale. So if your system dips to that lower threshold before climbing, you're covered across the full span. Accuracy holds at plus or minus 1% of full scale throughout that range.
