CTR Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT800R-MA-S-S-7 | FT9510-07

Description & Features

The WEBTEC CT Series turbine flow meter model CT800R-MA-S-S-7 is designed for high-capacity hydraulic flow measurement, handling a working range of 20 to 800 L/min (5 to 210 US gpm) at pressures up to 480 bar (7,000 psi). Flow accuracy is rated at ±1% full scale, with temperature measurement accuracy of ±2°C / ±4°F, making it well suited to demanding test and monitoring applications.

Fluid temperatures from 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F) are supported, with compatibility specified for mineral oils to ISO 11158. The aluminium body houses steel and stainless steel internals sealed with FKM / EPDM seals. Main porting is 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB, with a top port at 7/16" -20UN #4 SAE ORB. Electrical connection is via an M12 5-pin connector accepting 12 to 32 V DC, and the unit carries an IP66 rating for use in exposed industrial environments.
