Designed for demanding hydraulic measurement applications, the CT Series turbine flow meter WEBTEC CT1500-MA-F-S-6 handles flow rates from 50 to 1500 L/min (13.5 to 400 US gpm) at working pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Flow accuracy is held to ±1% of full scale, with a fluid temperature range of 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F) and temperature measurement accuracy of ±2°C. The main port is a 2" #32 SAE Code 62 4-bolt flange, with a 7/16" -20UN #4 SAE ORB top port, making it straightforward to integrate into existing hydraulic circuits.

An M12 5-pin connector provides the conditioned output signal, powered from a 12 to 32 V DC supply. The aluminium body with steel and stainless steel internals is sealed to IP66, with FKM/EPDM seals suitable for use with mineral oils to ISO 11158. At 10 kg, the unit is substantial but well-suited to high-flow industrial hydraulic test and monitoring service.

flow range on this unit is 50 to 1500 L/min, we're running a test circuit that peaks around 1400 and I want to make sure we're not pushing it into a bad zone. also what's the pressure ceiling?

At 1400 L/min you're well within the rated flow range, which tops out at 1500 L/min (400 US gpm). Pressure rating is 420 bar (6000 psi), so unless your system is running unusually high, that shouldn't be a limiting factor either. Just keep an eye on fluid temperature staying between 5 and 90°C and you're in good shape for that kind of continuous demand.
