CT Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT1500-CAN-F-S-6-L | FT9677-24

Description & Features

The WEBTEC CT Series turbine flow meter is engineered for high-capacity hydraulic flow measurement, covering a working range of 50 to 1500 L/min (13.5 to 400 US gpm) with a rated pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi). Flow accuracy is held to ±1% full scale, while integrated temperature sensing achieves ±2°C accuracy across a fluid temperature range of 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F).

The CT1500-CAN-F-S-6-L outputs a conditioned CAN signal via an M12 5-pin connector, powered by a 12–32 V DC supply, making it well suited to mobile and industrial machine monitoring where direct bus integration is required. Connection is made through a 2" #32 SAE Code 62 4-bolt flange, with a supplementary 7/16" -20UN #4 SAE ORB top port. The aluminium body incorporates steel and stainless steel internal components with FKM/EPDM seals, and the unit carries an IP66 rating for use in demanding environments. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158.

Question by: Dwight M on Jan 26, 2026, 9:42 PM
flow range on this thing goes down to 50 L/min -- is that the hard floor or will it still read below that just with less accuracy?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 28, 2026, 4:54 PM
Fifty liters per minute is the bottom of the rated flow range, so below that the ±1% full scale accuracy figure no longer applies. The meter may still produce a signal at lower flows, but Webtec doesn't rate it there, so you'd be outside spec. If your system regularly operates below that threshold, this model isn't the right fit for that portion of the measurement.
Question by: Neil B on Jul 16, 2025, 1:46 PM
How can I be sure this turbine flow meter will handle the pressure in my hydraulic system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 18, 2025, 12:18 PM
This CT Series Turbine Flow Meter can handle pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), making it suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems. Just ensure your system does not exceed this limit for optimal performance.
