How do I ensure proper installation of the CT600-MA-S-S-5 turbine flow meter in my hydraulic system?

flow range on this one goes down to 15 L/min, is that the actual bottom of the usable range or just where accuracy starts to fall off?

For the CT600-MA-S-S-5, the rated flow range is 15 to 600 L/min (5 to 160 US gpm), and the accuracy figure of ±1% full scale applies across that range. Below 15 L/min, the meter is outside its specified operating window, so readings there wouldn't be covered by that accuracy rating. If your application regularly runs at the low end of that range, it's worth keeping in mind that 1% of full scale at 600 L/min is a fixed offset regardless of actual flow, which means at very low flows the effective percentage error relative to reading will be larger.
