The WEBTEC RFIK Series mechanical hydraulic tester is designed for servicing and commissioning hydraulic circuits without the need for any external power source. The RFIK270-S-6 handles flow from 20 to 270 L/min (5 to 70 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6,000 psi), making it suitable for a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Flow accuracy is rated at ±4% full scale, pressure at ±1.6% full scale, and temperature at ±2.5°C, giving technicians reliable readings across all three parameters from a single instrument.

Porting is 1" BSPP, and the unit is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158. The aluminium body with stainless steel and brass internals keeps weight to 6.6 kg (14.4 lbs), while NBR seals support fluid temperatures from 20 to 80°C (68 to 176°F). Ambient use extends from -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F).
