Question by: Connie M on Oct 25, 2025, 3:37 PM
Got a setup running H435 hose and been having trouble with fittings rusting out on me, would this end hold up any better than what I been using?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 27, 2025, 6:08 AM
Corrosion has been a real problem with a lot of standard carbon steel fittings, but the Dura-Kote plating on this one puts it a step above bare or lightly coated alternatives. That plating is specifically there to fight off rust and extend the life of the whole assembly. Pair that with H435 hose and you're actually running a combination this fitting was built for. It's listed as compatible with H435 right in the application specs, so you'd be in good shape there.
