Description & Features

Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic systems, this carbon steel JIC 37° female swivel 90° elbow fitting connects a -4 dash size hose to a line or tube end with a reliable, articulating swivel joint. The Weathergrip Z Series Hose End is finished with Dura-Kote plating, providing strong corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. Where shock hazards are a concern, H277 or H435 hose is recommended in place of standard general purpose hose.

Engineered as a system-matched component, this fitting is designed to extend hose assembly service life and reduce downtime. It meets SAE J1176 certification requirements and carries a 0.5-inch end size with a drop dimension of 0.77 inches. Supplied by Danfoss Power Solutions under the Weatherhead brand, the Z Series line reflects a purpose-built approach to hose end fitting performance and longevity.
