what hoses is this fitting supposed to work with, and does it matter if there's vibration or shock in the line?

For general low and medium pressure hydraulic lines, this fitting works with H277 or H435 hose specifically when shock hazards are part of the picture. Those two hose types are the recommended pairing when the system sees jarring or impact conditions. Outside of shock-prone setups, it covers general-purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic applications.
