Question by: Tommy J on May 13, 2025, 8:56 AM
got a line running H277 hose on a medium pressure system with some shock going on -- will this fitting work for that setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 15, 2025, 6:48 AM
H277 is one of the two hoses this end is specifically configured for, along with H435. For low to medium pressure systems where shock hazards are present, that combination is exactly the intended use case. The carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating holds up well against corrosion, so it should give you solid service life in that kind of environment.

Will this fitting hold up to general hydraulic use on my tractor?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 22, 2026, 10:34 AM
This hose end is designed for general purpose, low to medium pressure hydraulic systems, so it should be suitable for many tractor applications where shock hazards exist.
