Got a line running 1/2-inch NPTF female on the equipment side, will this fitting thread right up to that?

Yeah, the end on this fitting is a 0.5625-inch female NPTF, so that's your standard half-inch NPTF connection. It'll mate up to a male NPTF port just fine for general low to medium pressure hydraulic work.

Trying to match up an old fitting, is this one a -6 hose end with a 9/16 female NPTF on the other side?

You are looking at a -6 hose dash size on the hose end and a 0.5625 inch female NPTF pipe thread on the other end.
