this is a Danfoss part but the listing shows Eaton Weatherhead as the brand, which one is it actually?

Both names apply here, just from different points in the product's history. Eaton Weatherhead originally developed the WeatherGRIP Z series line, and Danfoss Power Solutions has since taken over that brand through acquisition.
