Featuring Dura-Kote plating this hose end assures superior corrosion resistance while its innovative design aims to maximize uptime.

With an end type of FOR-SEAL and female gender connection it is ideal for use with H277 or H435 hoses where shock hazards exist. Constructed from durable carbon steel it complies with SAE J1176 certification standards.

The hose end measures 0.6875 at End Size 1 and 0.81 in Hex Size 2 making it a reliable component in various hydraulic applications. This hose end does not require a mandrel and has a Hose Dash Size of -6.

does this hose end need a mandrel for installation, or can you just put it on without one?

No mandrel needed on this one. The WeatherGRIP Z series is built to go on without that extra tooling step, which saves some hassle during assembly. Just make sure you're pairing it with a compatible H277 or H435 hose and you're good to go.
