Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 1, 2025, 6:20 AM
It matches a -6 hose dash size and it is called out as compatible with H277 or H435 hose. The end on this fitting is a female FOR-SEAL with a 0.8125 end size.
Question by: Donna E on Sep 26, 2025, 3:30 PM
got a -6 hose running in a medium pressure general purpose setup, will this end fit on H277 hose or do I need something different?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 28, 2025, 11:37 AM
H277 is one of the two hoses this fitting is built for, so you're in good shape. H435 is the other compatible option. For your general purpose low to medium pressure application, either one works, but if there's any chance of shock hazards in that line, H277 or H435 is specifically what you'd want to run with this end.
Question by: Donna D on Dec 21, 2025, 6:05 AM
Is this WeatherGRIP Z series hose end gonna hold up if it gets rained on a lot?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 6:42 PM
Dura-Kote plating gives this WeatherGRIP Z series hose end superior corrosion resistance, so it should be able to hold up fine.
