Question by: Vince M on Oct 12, 2025, 9:51 AM
got a line running H277 hose and keep having corrosion issues on the fittings, would this end hold up any better than what I been using?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 13, 2025, 11:59 AM
Dura-Kote plating is the big factor here. It's a corrosion-resistant finish applied to the carbon steel body, and it's specifically what sets this fitting apart for environments where rust and surface degradation are a recurring problem. If your current fittings are failing due to corrosion, this one is built to handle that kind of exposure better. It's also rated for use with H277 hose, so the pairing is fully supported.
