Designed to fit -8 hose dash size it complies with SAE J1176 certifications. The innovative engineering of the WeatherGRIP Z series hose end delivers peak performance and ensures maximum uptime even in demanding conditions where shock hazards exist.

Constructed from high-grade carbon steel this hose end is suitable for use with H277 or H435 hoses. It supports a female FOR-SEAL end type 1 connection measuring 1.13 inches in width with a 1.375-inch hex size 2 configuration.

got a line running H277 hose at -8 dash size, trying to figure out if this fitting'll work with it before I order

that combination works. The 08Z-S70 is spec'd for -8 hose dash size and is listed as compatible with H277 hose. It also works with H435 if you ever end up swapping hose types down the road, particularly in applications where shock loads are a concern.
