Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic applications, the Weathergrip Z Series Hose End is a -12 dash size JIC 37° male rigid fitting assembly constructed from carbon steel. It is part of a system-engineered crimp fitting line developed to extend hose assembly service life and support consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Dura-Kote plating provides superior corrosion resistance, making this fitting well suited for environments where durability and uptime are priorities. Where shock hazards are present, Danfoss Power Solutions recommends pairing with H277 or H435 hose. The fitting meets SAE J1176 certification standards and is compatible with line, hose, and tube end connections.

Will this hose end hold up to general hydraulic use, or is it for light duty stuff only?
