Danfoss / Eaton Coupling

Description & Features

Constructed from brass with Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance, this 90° elbow adapter connects a 1/4" NPTF male thread to a 3/8" female line/hose/tube end. The angled configuration suits installations where a straight fitting would be impractical, allowing directional changes in copper tube routing within tight or constrained layouts.

The Danfoss / Eaton Coupling meets SAE 120202BA certification and is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE requirements. A minimum working temperature of -65°F makes it suitable for demanding ambient conditions. With a 0.56" hex on the female end, the fitting installs with standard tooling. Available across hundreds of styles, this product line offers broad compatibility for air brake and fluid transfer connections in commercial vehicle and industrial equipment applications.

Question by: Dwayne C on Jun 7, 2025, 8:24 PM
Will this fitting hold up in a brake system on a truck that sees some pretty rough winters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 9, 2025, 6:11 AM
The Dura-Kote plating is there for superior corrosion resistance, so it should definitely hold up well even when exposed to road salt and other corrosives.
