Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic circuits, the Weathergrip Z Series Hose End is a -20 dash size flanged fitting assembly manufactured from carbon steel. It features a split flange, 45-degree tube elbow configuration conforming to SAE J1176, making it well suited for Code 61 flange connections where space or routing constraints call for an angled approach.

Dura-Kote plating provides corrosion resistance that extends service life in demanding environments. The fitting is system-engineered as part of the Z Series crimp assembly platform, which is intended to maximize hose assembly longevity and reduce unplanned downtime. For applications where shock hazards are a concern, Eaton recommends substituting H277 or H435 series fittings in place of this assembly.
