Designed for cold-environment hydraulic service, this Eaton Weatherhead EC810 Series hose handles petroleum-based fluid applications on construction equipment and other mobile machinery where low-temperature flexibility is critical. The synthetic rubber tube and cover are paired with multi-spiral wire reinforcement, supporting rated impulse cycle life of 500,000 cycles and meeting both SAE 100R15 and EN856 Type 4SH & 6SP certifications.

At a -16 dash size, the hose has a minimum bend radius of 13.39 inches and a minimum working temperature of -70°F, making it well-suited for demanding cold-climate deployments. The conductive, MSHA-approved construction features an embossed lay line and is compatible with 4S and 6S qualified fittings. Robust multi-spiral reinforcement supports performance under the highest system pressures, while the system-engineered design is intended to extend overall hose assembly service life.
