Designed for air and multipurpose industrial use, the Weatherhead H115 Hose is a Dash -6 hose built around a nitrile tube and a 2-ply polyester braid reinforcement, wrapped in a vinyl nitrile cover. The conductive construction and broad temperature range, down to -40°F, make it well suited for demanding shop and industrial environments where air lines and general-purpose fluid transfer are common.

The red vinyl nitrile cover provides standard abrasion resistance, with an ink jet lay line for straightforward identification. Compatible qualified fittings include Z and 430 U series, and the hose has a minimum bend radius of 3.5 inches. Eaton Weatherhead's H115 Series carries a heritage of industrial reliability dating back to 1870 under the Danfoss Power Solutions brand umbrella.

hose says it's conductive, does that mean it's safe to run near electrical equipment or is that more about static discharge?

Conductive construction in hoses like this is built to dissipate static electricity that can build up when fluids or air move through the line at speed. That matters most in environments where static buildup could cause ignition or interfere with sensitive equipment. It's not insulation from electrical sources, it's the opposite, actually. The conductivity gives static a path to ground rather than letting it accumulate inside the hose wall.

got a dash 6 air line i need to swap out. is this H115 built for that kind of shop use?
