Rated to SAE 100R5 and SAE J1402 standards with DOT AII compliance, the Weatherhead H569 Hydraulic Hose is a three-braid, fiber-covered hose built for air brake, hydraulic, and diesel fuel service. The blue fiber cover provides premium abrasion resistance, while the CPE tube and combined fiber-and-steel reinforcement support reliable performance across a broad temperature range, with a minimum working temperature of -58°F.
With a dash size of -12 and a minimum bend radius of 6.5 inches, this hose is suited for routing in space-constrained installations. It is rated for 150,000 impulse cycles and is compatible with qualified fittings 069 E and 247 N. Its conductive construction and multi-application design make it a practical choice where a single hose must handle several fluid types.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Stan T on Jul 11, 2025, 3:05 PM
How flexible is this hose, like what's the tightest it can bend without causing problems?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 13, 2025, 8:42 AM
The minimum bend radius is 6.5 inches, so that's the tightest loop you'd want to make with it to avoid kinking or damaging the hose.
