Inline Pneumatic Flow Control Valve, 1-20 UNEF-2A Ports, 25 Flow Rating

Description & Features

The Inline Pneumatic Flow Control Valve is engineered for controlled flow in one direction with free flow in the opposite direction. Constructed with a composite body it offers durability and resistance against corrosion. This model includes a color-coded micrometer and calibrated adjustment knob allowing for precise and repeatable settings.

Designed with a four-stage tapered needle this valve provides infinite control settings. With a maximum operating pressure of 200 PSI and a temperature range between 0 to 200F it is suitable for various industrial environments. The threaded units allow for easy panel mounting.

Safety is enhanced with a red locking ring that prevents undesired adjustments and a tamper-resistant wire included in the package.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Tammy P on Jun 29, 2025, 12:04 PM
Got a pneumatic line that needs real fine-tuned flow control, not just ballpark. Does this valve actually give you repeatable settings or is it just guesswork every time you adjust it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 30, 2025, 5:00 PM
Repeatable settings are built into the design on this one. The color-coded micrometer paired with a calibrated adjustment knob gives you reference points you can actually return to, so if you dial in a setting and need to come back to it later, you're not starting from scratch. The four-stage tapered needle also helps with fine control across the adjustment range rather than jumping between coarse positions. For applications where consistency matters more than just getting flow "close enough," that combination makes a real practical difference.
