Inline Pneumatic Flow Control Valve, 1-3/16-18 UNEF-2A Ports, 55 Flow Rating

Description & Features

The Inline Pneumatic Flow Control Valve 1-3/16-18 UNEF-2A Ports 55 Flow Rating is engineered for precise regulation of air flow in pneumatic power and control systems. This 3/8 size valve offers controlled flow in one direction and free flow in the opposite direction making it suitable for various industrial applications. The maximum operating pressure is 200 PSI with a temperature range from 0 to 200F.

The composite body is robust and corrosion resistant ensuring durability even in harsh environments. Color-coded micrometer and calibrated adjustment knob provide instant reference points for repeat settings. The four-stage tapered needle design allows for infinite control settings delivering higher accuracy and reliability.

For added security the valve features a red locking ring that prevents unintentional adjustments and includes a tamper-resistant wire. The unit is threaded for convenient panel mounting streamlining the installation process.

Question by: Tommy C on Aug 23, 2025, 1:34 PM
got an air cylinder that needs to slow down one way but come back quick, is that what this valve does?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 24, 2025, 4:56 PM
For pneumatic power and control setups, it meters flow in one direction and allows free flow in the opposite direction, so you can slow a stroke one way while letting the return move without restriction.
