The DELTROL Fluid Products inline pressure-compensated flow control valve features female 1/2-14 NPT ports and accommodates a flow range from 1.5 to 15 GPM. The valve is engineered for controlled flow in one direction and free flow in the opposite direction effectively starting to control flow at a pressure drop of 60 to 70 PSI.
With a maximum operating pressure of 3000 PSI and a minimum differential pressure of 70 PSI this valve ensures precise flow regulation that varies within 10% above 1.5 GPM and 15% from 0.5 to 1.5 GPM. Adjustment settings can be locked with a set screw and flow adjustments can be made even under pressure.
Constructed from durable materials including a steel body stainless steel needle Viton O-ring Teflon washer aluminum knob steel piston and music wire spring this valve is designed for long-lasting performance. The metal knob and stem offer durability while the pressure-compensated design ensures consistent flow rates.
This valve is ideal for use in hydraulic systems with its temperature range extending from -15F to 200F. Color coding and numerical readouts allow for positive precise and repeatable settings with adjustments being possible within a small fraction of a turn.

Question by: Danny C on Aug 22, 2025, 7:47 PM
flow adjustment on this valve -- can you actually turn the knob while the system is under pressure, or do you have to shut things down first?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 24, 2025, 6:36 PM
You can make flow adjustments while the system is running under pressure, no shutdown needed. The knob also has color coding and numbered readouts, so you can dial in a setting and get back to the same spot later without a lot of guesswork. Once you've got your setting where you want it, there's a set screw that locks it in place so it doesn't drift.
