Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Shawn R on Mar 21, 2026, 11:06 AM
fitting is threaded to american briggs standard, so it'll work with standard black iron pipe right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 23, 2026, 6:04 AM
American Briggs Standard threading is the same as NPT for practical purposes in pipe fitting applications, so yes, it'll mate up with standard black iron pipe without any issues. The chamfered openings also make it easier to get the threads started clean during assembly, which cuts down on cross-threading.
