got a quick one, is this DUOLOK piece adjustable at all or is it fixed once it’s in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 21, 2025, 9:53 PM
Fixed setup only. It’s built without adjustable features, so once it’s installed it stays put and keeps the same set position.
Question by: Travis B on Sep 11, 2025, 3:46 PM
what exactly does the MCST mean on this fitting, and is the 16X16 referring to tube size on both ends?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 6:02 AM
MCST stands for male connector straight thread, and yes, the 16X16 designation indicates the tube and thread sizes on each end of the fitting. This is a SSP DUOLOK fitting, so you're looking at a stainless steel compression-style connection on one end meeting a straight thread male end on the other. Both sides share that size 16 spec, so there's no reducing happening here. It's a same-size, straight-through configuration.
