Description & Features

Designed for liquid transfer in agricultural, industrial, and commercial fluid handling applications, the JG300 PVC Green Suction Hose 3in x 15 ft is a flexible, lightweight hose suited for suction and discharge service. Constructed from PVC with a corrugated exterior, this hose resists kinking and maintains flow integrity under suction conditions where collapse resistance is essential.

At 3 inches in diameter and 15 feet in length, this hose is well-suited for pump intake lines, tank transfers, and similar fluid conveyance tasks. The green PVC construction offers good chemical resistance for use with water and a range of mild fluids commonly encountered in field and facility environments. Sourced through Hydraulic Supply Company, this hose balances flexibility with structural durability for demanding fluid transfer service.

got a 3 inch pump line that likes to suck flat on cheaper hose. is this one stiff enough for suction without collapsing
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 28, 2026, 8:47 AM
Under suction, the corrugated PVC construction is meant to resist kinking and help hold its shape so flow stays consistent. It is built for suction and discharge service where collapse resistance matters, like pump intake lines.

Got a 3-inch pump intake on a transfer setup and need something that won't collapse under suction. This hose gonna hold up for that kind of use?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 4, 2025, 6:59 AM
Collapse resistance is actually one of the main reasons folks reach for this hose. The corrugated exterior gives it enough rigidity to hold its shape under suction without going stiff on you. It's still flexible enough to route around obstacles, so you're not fighting it during setup. For pump intake lines exactly like what you're describing, it's a solid fit.
