Description & Features

Designed for general pneumatic, construction, and industrial plant use, the 1000 Series Stainless Male is a Hansen ball lock quick disconnect coupling plug built from stainless steel with Buna-N seals. The male half features 1/4" NPTF ports on both ends and a one-way valve configuration, supporting flow rates up to 179 gallons per minute.

Connection and disconnection require no special tools, and the coupling exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures. Rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F, this fitting is suited to demanding environments where corrosion resistance and reliable performance matter. Compliance with US Industrial Interchange, ISO 6150 Series B, and A-A-59439 standards makes it compatible across a broad range of industrial systems.
