Designed for demanding fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen Coupling is a stainless steel, male half quick disconnect plug built to exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures. It features a straight-through valve type with ball lock internal connection, supporting flow rates up to 22 gallons per minute while minimizing pressure drop across the coupling.

The push-to-connect end mates with a 1/2 in. BSPP female port, and Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a working temperature range starting at -40°F. No special tools are required for connection or disconnection, making it well suited for frequent line changes in chemical processing, food and beverage, injection molding, marine, medical, pressure washing, and steam cleaning environments. The Hansen sub-brand designation reflects Eaton's ST Series lineage, with stainless steel construction offering resistance to corrosion in washdown and process fluid applications.
