Does this seal kit cover both the 5000 and 5100 motor series, or is it just for one of 'em?

it covers both. The M5000-S kit is built specifically for the 5000 and 5100 motor series from Permco, so you don't need to track down two separate kits if you're running either one of those motors. All the seals needed to address leaks and keep things running right are included in the one kit.
