Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Gary S on Mar 30, 2025, 9:24 PM
So this thing's just a magnet on a stick, right? What kind of weight can it pick up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 1, 2025, 6:10 AM
Parts retrieval is this tool's purpose in shops and garages; it's designed to grab things from spots you can't reach by hand. Because this product listing doesn't specify a weight limit, keep that in mind when using it.
Question by: Lynn R on Dec 28, 2025, 3:38 PM
what exactly does this tool do, is it just for picking up metal parts you cant reach?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 29, 2025, 6:21 PM
Permanent magnet in the head latches onto metal parts and pulls them back out of spots your hand just won't fit. Dropped a bolt down into a tight cavity or behind a piece of equipment, this gets it back without tearing anything apart. It's a simple tool but saves a lot of time on the shop floor when small parts end up somewhere inconvenient.
