Question by: Jimmy H on Apr 1, 2026, 12:06 PM
got a machine running JIC lines on one end and BSPP ports on the other, will this fitting bridge that gap without needing extra adapters in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 2, 2026, 3:47 PM
Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end threads into a 3/4" male JIC connection using a 1-1/16-12 UN thread, and the other end connects directly to a 3/8" male BSPP port with a G 3/8-19 thread. Straight body, no extra pieces needed. Steel construction holds up fine in hydraulic line work where you're dealing with real pressure and regular use.

got a hose end that’s 3/4 JIC male, and the port on the other side is G 3/8. is this the right little adapter to tie those together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 27, 2026, 12:13 PM
To match it up, you want Side 1 to be a 3/4 inch male JIC with 1-1/16 - 12 UN threads, and Side 2 to be a 3/8 inch male BSPP with G 3/8 - 19 threads. That is exactly how this straight steel fitting is configured.
Question by: Denise B on Apr 6, 2026, 10:38 AM
Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees pretty high pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 8, 2026, 6:44 AM
Constructed from robust steel, this fitting is designed for demanding hydraulic environments, offering durability and longevity under high-pressure conditions.
