Got a port on my hydraulic manifold that's 1-1/16-12 ORB and need to run some NPT line into it, this the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. The male end is 3/4-14 NPT and the female end accepts a 1-1/16-12 SAE O-Ring Boss connection, so you'd be threading your NPT line into the male side and seating it straight into that ORB port. The O-ring boss end uses a straight thread with an O-ring seal, which gives you a cleaner, more leak-resistant connection than a taped pipe thread alone. It's a straight adapter, no angle, so plan your routing accordingly.
