Question by: Peggy S on Apr 4, 2026, 11:51 AM
Got a machine running NPT fittings on one side and BSPP on the other, will this adapter bridge that gap without needing anything else in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 6, 2026, 11:08 AM
That's what this one's built for. One end is a 1-1/2" male NPT with 11.5 NPTF thread, and the other is a 1-1/4" fixed female BSPP with an 11-thread pitch. So you're going straight from NPT to BSPP in a single fitting, no extra pieces required. Just make sure your mating ports match those sizes and thread counts before you order.

Will this fitting hold up if I'm using it for a hydraulic system on a farm tractor? It gets pretty rough treatment.

Constructed from durable steel, this adapter is designed for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. It should be suitable for the hydraulic system on a farm tractor.

trying to hook up a npt line to a bsp fitting, is this the right adapter for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 22, 2025, 6:02 AM
For bridging those two thread standards, it gives you a 1-1/2 inch male NPTF end (11.5 thread) on one side and a fixed 1-1/4 inch female BSPP end (G 1-1/4, 11 thread) on the other, in a straight steel adapter.
