Male Sae O-Ring Boss-Male Bspp

Description & Features

A straight steel adapter connecting a 3/4" Male SAE O-Ring Boss thread (1-1/16-12 UN) on one end to a 1" Male BSPP thread (G 1-11) on the other, the Male SAE O-Ring Boss-Male BSPP from Adaptall is designed for cross-standard hydraulic connections where SAE and British parallel thread systems meet. The ORB side uses an O-ring face seal to provide a reliable, leak-resistant connection, while the BSPP end engages standard G-thread ports common in European and international hydraulic equipment.

Machined from steel in a straight configuration, this adapter measures 47.9mm in length with a 41mm wrench width, making it a compact solution for tight installations. It suits applications where hydraulic circuits incorporate components from mixed thread standards, such as power units, manifolds, or imported machinery with British-standard ports.

trying to hook an ORB port to a british parallel thread port. is this the right adapter for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 9, 2025, 1:31 PM
When you need to bridge two thread standards, this straight steel adapter is meant for exactly that job. One end is a 3/4 inch Male SAE O-Ring Boss with 1-1/16-12 UN threads and an O-ring face seal, and the other end is a 1 inch Male BSPP with G 1-11 threads for common G-thread ports.

Got a power unit here with a 3/4" ORB port and I need to tie into some imported equipment running G 1-11 threads. This the right adapter for that situation?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 8, 2026, 6:22 AM
That's what this one's built for. One end is a 3/4" Male SAE O-Ring Boss with a 1-1/16-12 UN thread, and the other is a 1" Male BSPP with a G 1-11 thread. The ORB side seals against an O-ring face, so you get a solid leak-resistant connection on that end. The BSPP side threads into standard G-thread ports, which is what you'll find on a lot of European and internationally sourced hydraulic equipment. Straight configuration, steel construction, and it's only about 47.9mm long, so it fits where space is tight.

Will this fitting hold up okay for a hydraulic setup on a log splitter?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 6, 2025, 8:27 PM
This steel adapter is designed for hydraulic connections where you're mixing SAE and British parallel thread systems. So it should work fine in that kind of setup.
