This MF Series air cooled hydraulic oil cooler with a powered fan is built for demanding mobile applications where efficient heat removal is critical. Designed with durable steel manifolds, high-impact plastic fan blades, copper tubes, and aluminum fins, it provides reliable thermal performance in harsh environments. The unit supports oil flow rates up to 150 GPM and removes up to 50,000 BTU/hr of heat through 1-1/2 NPT ports.

Equipped with a 12VDC motor, it draws 12.5 amps with one fan or 25 amps with two fans, delivering consistent airflow. It operates at a maximum pressure of 300 PSI and up to 350°F. The fan reaches 2200 RPM, and the hydraulic motor has a displacement of 0.22 in³, with performance suitable for systems up to 2000 PSI. Optional features include a relief by-pass valve (30 or 60 PSI) and an electronic fan control kit (Part No. 96171) for improved system efficiency.
