SCHROEDER MOBILE FILTRATION SYSTEM

Description & Features

Designed for mobile hydraulic applications, the Schroeder Mobile Filtration System provides portable, self-contained fluid filtration for equipment servicing and fluid transfer tasks in the field. Schroeder Industries engineered this unit to address contamination control where fixed filtration infrastructure is not available, making it well suited for maintenance programs on construction, agricultural, and industrial mobile equipment.

As a standalone filtration system, it supports off-line and kidney-loop filtration routines, helping maintain fluid cleanliness in hydraulic reservoirs and systems between scheduled service intervals. The mobile format allows technicians to move the unit between machines as needed, offering practical flexibility in fleet maintenance environments.

got a couple skid steers and a tractor. is this thing meant to be hauled around and used out in the field, or is it more of a shop setup?

For mobile hydraulic work, it’s built as a portable, self contained filtration unit you can move from machine to machine. The idea is to cover servicing and fluid transfer jobs where you do not have fixed filtration equipment sitting in one place.

got a bunch of machines spread across different job sites and we been hauling fluid around in buckets trying to keep reservoirs clean between service calls, is this the kind of unit that can move from machine to machine or is it meant to stay put in one spot?

Portability is exactly what this unit was built around. It's a self-contained system, so your techs can roll it up to one machine, run a kidney-loop filtration cycle on the reservoir, then move it to the next piece of equipment when they're done. That kind of flexibility is what makes it practical for fleet maintenance work where you've got multiple machines spread across a site and no fixed filtration lines to hook into.
