The Danfoss / Eaton Hansen 100 Series Quick Disconnect Couplings Plug ensures reliable performance in general pneumatics, construction, and industrial plants. Constructed from durable brass, it meets the dimensional requirements of MIL-C-4109 for industrial interchangeability. Featuring a standard Buna-N seal, this coupling operates effectively in temperatures as low as -40deg;F.

Designed with an automatic sleeve for one-hand push-to-connect, it also includes a protective collar to prevent accidental disconnection. The coupling size is -04, and it has a 1/4-18 NPTF female end size. Its swivel feature allows 360deg; rotation, preventing hose kinking and making it ideal for complex installations.

With a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI for Aeroquip models, this quick disconnect is compatible with Aeroquip FD40 Series, Tru-Flate, and Parker (Automotive) male halves. The pin latching mechanism and rust-resistant qualities ensure it withstands tough industrial environments.

Will this work with a standard air hose fitting?

This quick disconnect has a 1/4-18 NPTF female end, which should be compatible with many standard air hose fittings. Just double-check your hose fitting size to be sure.

got an old FD40 style air plug on a hose, is this one gonna interchange with the common shop couplers
