The 1000/400/500 Series MIL-C-4109 Industrial Interchange Air Quick Disconnect Male Half -06 Coupling 3/8-18 Male NPT by Danfoss Power Solutions (II LLC Aeroquip) offers superior performance and reliability for general pneumatics construction and industrial plant applications. This coupling features an automatic sleeve for one-hand push-to-connect operation along with a protective collar to prevent accidental disconnection.

Its robust pin latching mechanism ensures a secure connection while the swivel design eliminates hose kinking. The standard seal material is Buna-N and the body is made of durable brass to meet the dimensional requirements of MIL-C-4109 ensuring industrial interchangeability. The coupling has a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI suitable for demanding environments.

The end sizes are 3/8-18 NPTF thread male gendered on both ends and the valve type is a 2-way configuration. The minimum working temperature is -40 degrees making it suitable for various thermal conditions.
