Description & Features

Designed for demanding hydraulic circuits across construction, agriculture, oil and gas, marine, and material handling environments, this 1-1/2" flat face male half coupling handles flow rates up to 118.9 gallons per minute with a torque rating of 86.6 lb/ft. The Cplng, FF Series Viton is built from 316 stainless steel, making it well suited to corrosive or wash-down-intensive settings where carbon steel alternatives would be inadequate.

Sealed with FKM (Viton) for broad fluid compatibility, the coupling features a sleeve lock safety mechanism and a two-way valve design. Push-to-connect engagement requires no special tools, and the flat face internal connection type minimizes fluid loss and air inclusion during coupling and decoupling. Rated beyond ISO 16028 operating pressures, it carries compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23 EC and meets REACH requirements. The NPT female end on the body side simplifies integration into standard hydraulic lines.

Is this coupling okay for hooking up to standard hydraulic lines, or do I need some kind of adapter?
