DANFOSS / EATON/HANSEN CPLNG

Description & Features

Designed for demanding fluid transfer environments, the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen MLDB Series Quick Disconnect Couplings Plug is a stainless steel male half coupling with a flat face internal connection and a sleeve lock safety mechanism. It features a 1/2 in. port size with a push-to-connect end on the male side and a 1/2 in. NPT female thread on the coupling end, supported by EPDM seals rated for temperatures as low as -40°F.

Suited for process and fluid transfer, cooling circuits, chemical and petrochemical lines, pharmaceutical, food processing, and electrical applications, this coupling connects and disconnects without special tools and exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements. The flat face design minimizes fluid loss and contamination at disconnect. With a flow rate of 19 GPM and certification to DESP 97/23/CE, this fitting is well matched to corrosive and hygienic process environments where material integrity and reliable sealing are essential.
