DANFOSS / EATON/HANSEN CPLNG

Description & Features

Designed for demanding fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen MLDB Series Quick Disconnect Coupling Socket is a female half, flat-face coupling built from stainless steel with EPDM seals. The flat-face internal design minimizes fluid loss and air inclusion at connection and disconnection, a key advantage in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and petrochemical environments.

This coupling features a push-to-connect end with a 1/2" NPT port and a sleeve lock safety mechanism, supporting flow rates up to 19 gallons per minute and a minimum operating temperature of -40°F. The tool-free quick connect and disconnect design exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure standards. Corrosive environment suitability is reinforced by the stainless steel body and EPDM seal selection, making this fitting well suited to chemical and electrical cooling applications as well.
