Extruded from polyamide, this 6mm O.D. metric tubing is built for industrial fluid transfer applications requiring reliable chemical and hydrocarbon resistance. The Danfoss / Eaton Everflex Metric Tubing-Natural 6MM O.D. carries a natural color finish and features conductive construction, making it suitable for use in environments where static dissipation is a consideration.
With a minimum bend radius of 1.5 and a rated working temperature down to -40°, the tubing handles demanding routing conditions across a wide thermal range. UV resistance contributes to long service life in exposed installations. Compatible with push-to-connect fittings, it integrates readily into standard metric hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies. The Aeroquip sub-brand designation reflects Eaton's Weatherhead product line standards for thermoplastic specialty tubing.

got a tight little run on a machine. how sharp can i bend this 6mm tubing without kinkin it
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 27, 2026, 5:39 PM
For tight routing, the minimum bend radius on this tubing is 1.5. Staying at or above that radius helps it hold its shape and avoid kinks when you snake it through a cramped spot.
Question by: Marvin W on Jun 28, 2025, 9:41 PM
tubing says it's conductive, does that mean it'll help with static buildup in pneumatic lines?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 30, 2025, 6:38 AM
Conductive construction is exactly what handles that. Polyamide tubing used in pneumatic or fluid transfer setups can build up a static charge over time, especially with airflow or certain fluids running through it. The conductive property in this tubing lets that charge dissipate rather than accumulate, which matters in environments where a static discharge could be a real problem. If static dissipation is a requirement for your application, this tubing is built to address it.
