Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Frank C on Mar 10, 2026, 7:14 PM
Does this tubing hold up alright when it's sitting out in the sun for long stretches? Got some runs that'll be exposed all day.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 12, 2026, 6:49 AM
UV resistance is actually one of the stronger selling points on the MTP160. Eaton specifically rates it above competitors in that area, so long-term sun exposure is something it's built to handle. The polyamide construction holds up well outdoors without breaking down or getting brittle the way some other tubing materials do over time.
